Reasons Why It’s Better To Marry Than To Burn According To Scripture . 

1. Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing, and obtaineth favour of theLord. Proverbs 18:22

2. Nevertheless, to avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband. 1 Corinthians 7:2

3. Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge. Hebrews 13:4

4. For this is the will of God, even your sanctification, that ye should abstain from fornication. 1 Thessalonians 4:3

5. To the unmarried and the widows I say thatit is good for them to remain single,as I am.9 But if they cannot exercise self-control,they should marry. For it is better to marry than to burn with passion. 1 Corinthians 7:8-9

6. For you may be sure of this, that everyone who is sexually immoral or impure, or who is covetous (that is, an idolater), has no inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God. Ephesians5:5
