1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Estimated shipping times:
• United States: 3–7 business days
• International Orders: 7–21 business days
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.
4. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately before the order ships.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
6. International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
7. Order Refusals or Returned Packages
If a package is refused or returned to sender, additional shipping fees may apply to have the order re-shipped.
8. Order Verification
To prevent fraud and protect our customers, we reserve the right to cancel or delay orders that appear suspicious or require additional verification before shipment.
